布面吸毛箱系列

一、 用途

該系列產(chǎn)品是由我公司在行業(yè)內(nèi)最先設(shè)計(jì)制作的專利系列產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)過(guò)多年的實(shí)踐積累已能夠滿足：針織、梭織、毛紡、皮革、呢絨、化纖、混紡、橡塑織物、玻璃纖維布、紗巾布等產(chǎn)業(yè)。結(jié)合紡織品印花、染色、整理工藝要求應(yīng)用在：坯布燒毛前后、退漿前、絲光前、染色前、印花前、植絨前、涂層前、磨毛后、定型前后，根據(jù)織物特性選用組合拍打或刷毛處理或真空吸塵或氣流等方式，通過(guò)自制專利高壓排塵風(fēng)機(jī)，確保線絲、毛絮不會(huì)吸附纏繞葉片，快速進(jìn)入集塵箱體或儲(chǔ)塵袋集中儲(chǔ)塵;以達(dá)到減少水洗工序，減少織物印花、染色、涂層瑕疵。

我公司產(chǎn)品涵蓋：圓網(wǎng)印花吸塵、平網(wǎng)印花吸塵、針織印花吸塵、四面彈性針織印花臥式導(dǎo)帶吸塵、包括織物翻布、燒毛、退漿、絲光、染色、印花、定型、磨毛、涂層、植絨、提花、割絨等各工藝段的吸塵裝置，能夠疊加組合用于麂皮絨、桃皮絨、革基布、滌錦棉磨毛布等特殊面料的深加工刷毛/吸毛處理。

4、 輥：碳素纖維輥、陶瓷纖維輥、尼龍纖維輥

5、 優(yōu)點(diǎn)：刷毛后的織物手感柔和，后續(xù)加工毛羽更均勻。

6、 可選用PLC對(duì)車(chē)速、風(fēng)量、張力進(jìn)行全程控制。

7、 除塵采用專利高壓風(fēng)機(jī)和除塵箱體結(jié)合的方式，達(dá)到快速高效的除塵效果。
